Bank Holidays) throughout the year if you wish to visit.
1) Flag Day - Saturday 1st March 2008 (morning). Volunteers with collecting
tins raise funds for Colchester Cat Rescue in Colchester town centre at various sites in the shopping centre. We always need
enough volunteers to shake a collecting tin, so let us know if you can help. Meeting from 9.30am onwards at
the United Reformed Church (opposite Boots), take the lift to the first floor to get a collecting tin.
The 2008 collection day was bright but very windy, and our kind helpers raised just over £1250. This was a magnificent
effort - thank you to all those involved.
